Services Description

Hofrichter Brothers, Inc., operating under the brand H & H Screening & Graphics, provides professional screen printing and graphics services, including but not limited to:

• Screen printing for apparel and promotional items
• Textile printing and custom fabric printing
• Commercial printing (business cards, brochures, flyers)
• Packaging and label printing

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Pricing

Quotations

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing is confirmed upon order placement and may be adjusted if project specifications change.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted at the time of order placement will be honored unless material or specification changes are requested by the customer.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the quote or invoice. We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, or bank transfer. New customers may be required to provide a deposit or payment in advance.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to production. Once production has begun, cancellation may incur charges for materials and labor already invested in the project.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, images, or content provided to us for printing. You represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the submitted materials, or
• You have obtained proper licensing or permission to use the materials
• The materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that we believe infringes on third-party rights, is offensive, or violates applicable laws.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, we may photograph completed work for use in our portfolio, marketing materials, and website. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.

Production and Delivery

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary based on current production capacity, materials availability, and order complexity. We will communicate any significant delays.

Color Matching

While we strive for accurate color reproduction, exact color matching may not be possible due to variations in substrates, inks, and printing processes. We will make reasonable efforts to match colors as closely as possible.

Proofing

Proofs are provided for customer approval. Approval of proofs constitutes acceptance of the design as presented. Any errors not caught during proofing are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Quality and Claims

Inspection

Customers should inspect all delivered products within 5 business days. Claims for defects must be reported within this period.

Our Remedy

If products are found to be defective due to our workmanship, we will, at our discretion, reprint the order or provide a credit for the defective portion. This is our sole and exclusive remedy for defective products.

Limitations

We are not responsible for defects caused by customer-supplied materials, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOFRICHTER BROTHERS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hofrichter Brothers, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
